Terms of Service

Tujaar is a platform that lets you build and run an online store with cash-on-delivery and connected delivery providers. Tujaar is the technical provider and intermediary — it is not the seller of your products.

Provide accurate information, verify your email, and keep your credentials safe. You are responsible for the actions of team members you invite. Minimum age to open an account: 19.

Completing your profile starts a 7-day Pro trial with every feature unlocked. There is no free plan: to keep using Tujaar afterwards, subscribe to Pro at 3,500 DZD per month, or ask us about Custom, which is priced per merchant. The print-on-demand add-on (personalized products) is 1,500 DZD per month on top of Pro.

A trial that ends takes your storefront offline straight away — a store that has never paid gets no window. A paid subscription that lapses is treated differently: everything keeps working for 3 days, then Pro features lock while your storefront stays online for 7 more days, and only then does it go offline.

Card payment is currently unavailable, so Pro is arranged by contacting us from the billing page; when it is switched on, Chargily handles it. Subscription payments are non-refundable.

Do not use Tujaar to sell unlawful goods, infringe others' rights, publish fraudulent content, or bypass the platform's security or limits. You are responsible for the legality and conformity of your products (Law 18-05).

Personalized products: when your customers design a product, you decide what gets printed and you are responsible for it. Refuse designs that infringe copyright or trademarks (such as club or brand logos used without permission) or that are unlawful or offensive. We provide the editor and the print files; we do not review designs.

When we process your customers' data we act as your processor and you are the controller. You must have a legal basis to collect it and inform your customers — you may adopt the storefront privacy policy we provide. Photos your customers upload for a design are kept in private storage and deleted automatically 60 days after the order is delivered, returned or cancelled.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, without guaranteeing zero interruption. You own your content and customer data; we own the platform, its code and brand. Third-party integrations (carriers, payment) are provided “as is”, and the credentials you enter are encrypted at rest.

Tujaar provides a technical platform; the sale is concluded between you and your customer, and you alone are responsible for your products, deliveries and customer disputes.

To the extent Algerian law allows, Tujaar's liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the twelve months before the event, and excludes indirect damages. Tujaar is not responsible for failures of third-party services (carriers, payment, hosting, Telegram).

We may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these terms, non-payment or unlawful activity. You may stop using the service at any time. After termination, data is handled per the Privacy Policy, including deletion on request via privacy@tujaar.net .

These terms are governed by Algerian law, and any dispute is submitted to the competent Algerian courts.
