Terms of Service
Last updated: 25 July 2026
These terms govern your use of the Tujaar platform (tujaar.net). Creating an account means you accept them. They are governed by Algerian law, including Law 18-07 (amended by Law 25-11) and Law 18-05 on electronic commerce.

1. The service
Tujaar is a platform that lets you build and run an online store with cash-on-delivery and connected delivery providers. Tujaar is the technical provider and intermediary — it is not the seller of your products.
2. Your account
Provide accurate information, verify your email, and keep your credentials safe. You are responsible for the actions of team members you invite. Minimum age to open an account: 19.
3. Plans & billing
Every new account starts with a 15-day free Pro trial, then moves to the Free plan (0 DZD) unless you subscribe to Pro at 3,500 DZD per month.
The Free plan has limits (a monthly order cap and some Pro features disabled). Subscription payments are processed by Chargily and are non-refundable.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Tujaar to sell unlawful goods, infringe others' rights, publish fraudulent content, or bypass the platform's security or limits. You are responsible for the legality and conformity of your products (Law 18-05).
5. Your customers' data
When we process your customers' data we act as your processor and you are the controller. You must have a legal basis to collect it and inform your customers — you may adopt the storefront privacy policy we provide.
6. Availability & ownership
We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, without guaranteeing zero interruption. You own your content and customer data; we own the platform, its code and brand. Third-party integrations (carriers, payment) are provided “as is”, and the credentials you enter are encrypted at rest.
7. Liability
Tujaar provides a technical platform; the sale is concluded between you and your customer, and you alone are responsible for your products, deliveries and customer disputes.
To the extent Algerian law allows, Tujaar's liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the twelve months before the event, and excludes indirect damages. Tujaar is not responsible for failures of third-party services (carriers, payment, hosting, Telegram).
8. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these terms, non-payment or unlawful activity. You may stop using the service at any time. After termination, data is handled per the Privacy Policy, including deletion on request via privacy@tujaar.net .
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Algerian law, and any dispute is submitted to the competent Algerian courts.
10. Changes & contact
We may amend these terms and will notify substantial changes. Contact: support@tujaar.net.
